Water logged in Versa does not sync with app.

My versa is not counting my water I add. I put my ounces in on versa and it is not updating after sync. Everything else seems to be syncing fine.

Hello @ney_ney1978, I hope you're doing well, it's great to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, in case you haven't done it yet, please update the Today app inside the Fitbit app. Go to Account > Versa > Apps and check that Today does not have a pending update, as this might be the cause why the water logs are not showing up when you logged from from the watch. Make sure to sync your Versa afterwards.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome!

Hi @ney_ney1978, good to see you in the community.

I believe this is a know issue as acknowledged in this thread here. I think it would be a good idea to keep an eye on that regarding any updates about the problem.

Thank you for your help! That seems to have fixed the issue. I have never even been to the apps page until you said to. Thanks again!

I did as was suggested and it worked for a day. Now back to not logging all water on just device not app. Any others suggestions to fix this?

Mine is not logging water from device to the phone app either. I tried to update the "Today" app, but it was good as far as I could tell.

I, too, always have trouble with the data I enter in my watch not showing up on the app.

When is is this going to be fixed?  It’s a problem that has been perplexing users for well over a year, at Leafy, and Fitbit still hadn’t found a solution.

Water Logged doesn't sync. I logged water using watch, and doesn't show up on App. and Vice-versa.  I logged water using app, and doesn't show up on App.  During the day, and most importantly, At the end of the day, I would like to know how much water consumed, adding both the watch and app together.

Mine isn't syncing either. Doesn't appear that the Today app has any update

There's no update on the Today app.  Both my watch and App are up to date, no updates available. I

My husband and I are both having this exact same issue with our Versas. We have both tried restarting, resyncing and there are no updates available. Is this going to be fixed?

Best Answer

I have the same issue and have read all to correspondences in this blog regarding the matter.  Nonetheless, the problem remains. Is Fitbit doing anything about this?

Has this been fixed?  I'm having the same issues, app is up-to-date and I've already tried the restart option.

No...I've tried everything that's been posted. It's annoying considering this app is preinstalled by Fitbit.

What's the point of these discussions when nothing gets resolved. The fitbit rep signature greeting is plain annoying. Also just gives out the standard "update your app" fix that clearly does not work. I already had to buy the aria 2 becouse my aria 1 stopped working on wifi (another known unfixed glitch) I will be returning the tracker for something that works and has propper customer care.
