Black screen Versa 2

My Fitbit Versa 2 is dead, I think it has 100% battery but I can't reset it, I can't do anything, it is turned off.

I put it in a charger but nothing happens.

just one month old, so I will appreciate any help.

I love my Fitbit 😞

The same think happened to mine.  I need help fixing it.  I have only had my fitbit since January.

call customer service at 1 (877) 623-4997 they will trouble shoot and replace. Did you try holding in the left button and bottom right button at the same time for 15 seconds?

I did a google search and found that I just needed to hold the button down for about 10 seconds (until you see the Fitbit logo in the screen) and restart it 👍
