Versa 2 WiFi issue

Hi all,

My partner’s Versa 2 won’t connect to our WiFi.


1. We’ve tried turning the Versa on and off again and going through the adding WiFi process on the Fitbit app.

 

2. Turning the Versa off, turning the phone off, turning the phone on again, turning the Versa on again and going through the adding WiFi process on the Fitbit app.

 

3. Unpairing the Versa from the Fitbit app, repairing, and going through the adding WiFi process.

 

4. Deleting the Fitbit app. Installing it again, and going through the the adding WiFi process.

 

Other devices work ok on the WiFi while we are doing this.

 

The only thing I think it could be is that our router offers both 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz WiFi on the one WiFi channel, and the Versa is only interacting with the 5 ghz element of this which is what is causing the issue. (Virgin Media in UK). 

Can anyone help?
