Hi. My versa screen is black and i cant start it again. Bought may 2018. It syncs when it is in the charger, but the screen is still black, but it doesn’t sync when I take I out.
What to do?!?

@Lhasl welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Versa's screen is not turning on, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally.
After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party and see if the display turns on.

The instructions for restarting the Versa when there is a black screen do not work. I've had my device for about a year. It should last longer than a year.

I am having the exact same issue. The face went dark but was still syncing. When I tried the reboot, the watch completely died.
