I’m having an issue with my Fitbit versa that seems to be common. The screen is completely black but sometimes the green light on the back of the watch turns on. It won’t sync to my phone unless it’s on the charger, and the screen remains black. Unfortunately, I’ve had it a little over a year so it’s not under warranty. I’ve tried holding buttons down, using different outlets, changing the clock face, and whatever else they had me try when i contacted Fitbit. Nothing works. Has anyone who is not able to get a replacement due to the limited warranty had any luck fixing it themselves? Are there repair places that fix watches like there are for phones? I definitely do not want to buy a new one since this is my second watch from Fitbit that just stopped working for no reason.
This issue seems to be happening more than it should with the amount you pay for these watches. No wonder why the warranty is only a year. I should have known. 🤦🏼:female_sign:

@Eileenkc it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa's screen became unresponsive. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty.
The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel and frustration about this.
I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.
