I did the factory reset a few times. You can feel the vibration when the device turns on and off but that is it. The screen is still blank. The app was still collecting data so I attempted to reconnect my Versa. Well the screen is still black so I cannot read the code to sync. Please help.

Mine is doing the exact same thing! I have to wonder if this is due to the recent update?

Does anyone know if the pin hole on the backside can trigger a factory reset?
