GPS not working

GPS was working yesterday, today it is not. Worked 3 out of 7 days last week. I would like to resolve this issue soon as possible.

Hi, could you be a bit more specific please?  As the Versa range does not have GPS built in it relies on a phone, is your Versa no longer connecting to your phone?

Fit bit is saying not connected to GPS. I had problems last week as well. I've rebooted my phone & checked everything I know, nothing is working.  Everything else syncs with my phone & Fitbit. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

Could you try resetting the Versa from scratch? In the Fitbit App delete the Versa, uninstall the app and make sure there are no Fitbit devices present in your phone's Bluetooth menu.  Then  reboot the phone and reinstall the app and setup the tracker from the start.

May I ask what model is your phone @Cheryl224 ?

Does GPS hook up while the Fitbit app is open on the phone, but wont if the app is not open?

I have a Samsung S9+. Today the GPS is working.  I deleted the app yesterday and reinstalled. Guess that fixed the problem. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
