GPS was working yesterday, today it is not. Worked 3 out of 7 days last week. I would like to resolve this issue soon as possible.

Best AnswerCould you try resetting the Versa from scratch? In the Fitbit App delete the Versa, uninstall the app and make sure there are no Fitbit devices present in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Then reboot the phone and reinstall the app and setup the tracker from the start.

Does GPS hook up while the Fitbit app is open on the phone, but wont if the app is not open?
