Hi,

I just spoke with a representative at Fitbit via customer support and informed them of a very similar issue.  Upon completing the troubleshoot exercise and confirming that the screen was not going to come back on, I was offered 25% off the purchase of a new device.  Apparently my Versa was past the warranty back in March 2020 and the only resolve is for me to purchase a new Versa.  No explanation as to why the issue occurred in the first place but I should proceed with spending money on a device that will likely be unusable after a year.  Sorry, I will not be purchasing another product with that kind of logic.
