Versa kept going black then worked for few minutes then black all the time. had to do factory reset and now it stays black. I’ve tried holding the buttons on left and right but nothing works. I had it on charge but at one point it did come up with 0 % charge. Then it’s just been black all the time.

My Versa went black screen to after doing the same. I did it first cause tech support told me to cause got some problem since August 10th with hearth rate stats and sleeping stats and then problem with bluetooth to connect with the watch!!!! I have my Versa since December 2018 and I think that for the price of this watch is not right to now have a none functional watch!! Less than 2 years, taking care of it and now black screen, nothing to do unusefull! I am telling you, not going to say to people to buy that watch, I'll leave the big "Fitbit Family"!

The same thing happened to my versa.. I have it since Jan 2019, less than 2 yrs. Suddenly , it went black screen after being charged for about 1 hour early this month. I contacted them via Fitbit Chat, and I followed all steps told by them but nothing change. Finally, they just told me that my Versa isn't eligible for replacement and nothing they can do. No solution, I'm dissapointed... in fact as a hiker I get the benefit with all features of this Versa. Now it is useless and sorry I also have to leave the Fitbit Family. Considering buying similar stuff from different brand.

Wow I'm so disheartened to read this! I'm dealing with the same thing, and if you've seen any of the other posts, a TON of Versa users currently have black, unresponsive screens, and they keep telling us what to do to try to fix it. I'm waiting for Fitbit to admit something went wrong on their end, and you're saying they said there's nothing they can do!
