My versa 2 screen suddenly has gone black on the bottom half. I have changed the clock face to a factory set one and it hasn't helped. Anyone know how to fix this? I haven't dropped it or damaged it in any way
I have exact same issue but mines is Versa 1 and happened on day new year literally as it turned 00.00 I watched the screen go black and now I would be lucky if 90% of the day I see anything in the screen! Clearly an issue with Fitbit!
