Blank Screen on Versa 2

Light flashing in the back, apparently tracking according to the app.  Just purchased in July 2020 after my Versa did the same thing.  Is there a solution or does this need to come back to you?  Have restarted several times to no avail.

Can't find settings.  The screen is blank. Thank you for the suggestion.  Have already tried resetting with the directions from fitbit.com. Didn't work.  It vibrates, but screen is still blank.

You can try to rest your versa 2. Go to settings on your versa 2 then scroll down to about you'll have a couple of options. There you can hit factory reset or shut down. I reset by shut down. Wait a minute then push your on off button your Fitbit it will restart. Hope this works for you 😊

Kind of hard to follow your instructions if the screen is not working.  Is there another way to reset?  I've shutdown several times without any luck.

I really hope you find out what's going on with your Fitbit. I'm sorry you're having that kind of problem. I also have the versa 2, so if you find out about the problem please let me know how you fixed it.

There is no fix for this.  I called and they are sending a replacement.  😊 my versa did the same thing.  I hope this is not a flaw that will repeat after my warranty is up.  I purchased the versa 2 to replace the versa.
