I ordered my Versa 2 Special Edition in August of this year and received it at the end of that month. It was working completely normally up until about 8:45 pm today, October 17. I happened to move my wrist in such a way that I activated the auto screen wake and all I got was a white screen that slowly wiped away as the screen stayed on. I tried to hold down the button and reboot it, I tried to factory reset it, nothing worked. Regardless of what I do, it will not go back to normal. Straight up broken. I'm so frustrated because I previously used a Fitbit Alta and never had a single problem with it. Granted, I didn't have any problems with this device until it just randomly stopped working with no warning whatsoever...

Mine quit working yesterday the 16th. I put it on the charger and all I get is a black screen. I tried the reboot, the logo comes up and goes away. Tried chatting with support, not much help. I did buy the warranty so guess I'll see what happens. Seems to be a major issue with this watch. So sad!
