Blank screen Versa 2

charged my Versa 2 today, and now click face is black. I can scroll to settings and press on it - but it won’t open. Please help

There could be a problem with the clock face - In the Fitbit App go to Clocks tile and change the face to another one, make sure the watch sis synced before you do and after.

If that doesn't work try restarting the watch with the button and try again.

Also may be you can get to [swipe right to left until you find it] Clocks on the watch and change the clock from there without it crashing.
