I just bought a Versa 2 to replace my wife’s versa lite but Bluetooth keeps getting rejected by her Samsung and my iPhone won’t find a signal at all.
My wife’s Samsung connected to the versa 2 as it downloaded the newest update but Bluetooth still doesn’t connect.
I’ve tried everything and even tried to do a factory reset on watch but the versa 2 doesn’t have a settings option.
Help please

It seems like the whole community is having syncing issues (my watch hasn't synced in over a month). Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps? If so without any luck, I recommend contacting support directly.

Yes I tried all their troubleshooting. She was having trouble with her Lite syncing so I bought her the Versa 2 and ... syncing issues lol

Yeah, I would suggest contacting support then.
Unfortunately I have found them very unhelpful, but perhaps you will have better luck 🙂

Mine won’t sync either, since the update. Prior to that it worked fine. They obviously do not test their updates before letting them go live. I’ve seen thousands of people having syncing issues this past week or so. They need to hire people that know how to create stable updates
