Hi, click the link in the message before yours and you will read how to restart it. Simplier said: press and hold the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Good luck!!
Best AnswerI have forced restarted my Versa several times because the screen is blank but lit up. The Versa is brand new (birthday present on Jan 25)

Best AnswerI did contact support. But, Whatever you do, do not unlink your Fitbit from you account on the app. I thought it would trigger it to restart but it didn’t and now I have to return it first and wait for a replacement.
