Blank screen on Versa

My screen is blank cannot display anything

Hi Tracy, I would advice you strongly to contact Customer Support abour your problem.

Tracy, try a Restart first and do it several times if necessary.

Hi, click the link in the message before yours and you will read how to restart it. Simplier said: press and hold the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Good luck!!

I have forced restarted my Versa several times because the screen is blank but lit up.  The Versa is brand new (birthday present on Jan 25)

any ideas?

As I already adviced in an earlier message: contact Customer Support about your problem.

I did contact support.  But, Whatever you do, do not unlink your Fitbit from you account on the app. I thought it would trigger it to restart but it didn’t and now I have to return it first and wait for a replacement.
