Yesterday my versa screen suddenly went blank and I have not been able to get it to work again. I've tried the 3 button reset but that doesn't do anything. The app recognizes that it has a full charge but it also says it's not connected if I try to change the clockface. My silent alarms on the watch are still going off but I can't seem to dismiss them which is irritating. It just vibrates until it stops on its own.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.
