My Fitbit Versa lite the screen had gone blank and now the little light on the back doesn’t flash

I have the same issue. My screen is blank of late. I stopped using my fitbit in Oct'19 because of this. Now I have joied a virgin go programme and I need a fitbit to be synched to this.  All other features work. Please I would like Fitbit to help in this.

Can somebody from Fitbit get back to us on this issue these watches are not cheap and I don’t want to purchase another only to develop the same issue if I don’t get a reply soon I may have to look at another company
