Hi @Racmcc - first option would be to Shutdown the watch from the Settings menu, wait 10 seconds and place it on the charger to restart it and charge it.
When you swipe up you should see weather and
scroll to the bottom you can customise what stats you see.
If that doesn't work contact customer support, click profile photo in the Fitbit App and help & support.
