Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hello, my versa 3 is not connecting to bluetooth and it keeps showing the fitbit logo on screen, i tried all the steps mentioned in other discussions, but it still won’t work

Hi there, @nada.baroody. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Before considering other options, please confirm if you've followed the steps below in the order listed:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hello again, 

I got this fitbit versa 3 from the usa and it was a gift for my dad in lebanon. Since it is not working and cannot sync with his iphone and is always showing the fitbit icon, i took it to the fitbit agent here (Beytech) who informed me that nothing can be done and it should be exchanged. However, since it was not bought from them, i cannot exchange it there, it should be exchanged in the usa. Is there anything that can be done?
