My versa 2 I had to replace in Nov of 2021. The last one the face fell apart and it was after the 1 year warranty. Now here I am again, this one won't sync half the time to my phone, and now every so often won't even display anything on the screen. And before you ask yes it is charged. Now do I get fitbit to replace it or just go with another smart watch. This is getting kind of old always breaking.

Have you tried restarting your Versa 2. That is something that sometimes resolves the problem your describing. Just hold down the button on the Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the Versa 2 is completely restarted. If the problem persist I’d try changing the clock face going through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. I’d try picking the original clock face or at least another clock face preferably made by Fitbit.
