I can't see anything other than lines on my screen. This happened today out of the blue, with no bump or water or damage occurring at all. Received as a gift for Christmas 2018, and I love love love this watch... is there a cure?! I tried a factory reset, and have a standard fitbit clock face. Thank you!

Hi @Linneaforever, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Fitbit Versa 2 shows blue/green lines and it's hard to see. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

Our chat was interrupted, and I didnt receive a ref. number! Still broken, and now the screen will not turn on atall. Will be calling customer support today to see how I can resolve this. 🙂
