Since the week end, my Versa has ben dropping its Bluetooth and Wifi connections.  I can get Bluetooth up and running again, the process was very tedious. Deleting and reloading the app, restarting both my ipad and my versa. No luck with the wifi connection, get a message devise not found , which I guess means the app can’t connect with my Versa

Hi,

Thanks for the replacement Versa, however ..... it came without a strap.  I’ve tried to attach the strap for my old Versa and broken a thumb nail in the unsuccessful attempt.

Can you provide me with a name of a retailer who would attach the strap for me ?

If I’m unable to attach a strap can I return the Versa and get a refund ?

Kind Regards

Hi,

I took a break and went out for a long walk, when I got home I tried again to attach the strap to my new Versa and ... hey presto both sections went on with the minimum of effort. No idea what I did differently ! All is well now

kind regards

Hi,

I am sorry to say I am still having problems, after receiving a replacement Versa and struggling to attach the strap from my old Versa to the new new one but finally being successful.

I have run into yet another problem:-  The replacement Versa will not re-charge,  I have tested the charger with my old Versa and that works fine.

Again I am needing your help.

kind regards

Hi @GINMANLY, thank you for your reply.

I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your replacement Versa's battery. Thank you for sharing the additional details, I appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue. I recommend following the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article to ensure your device is being charged properly: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

I also recommend doing the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.

For additional tips to prevent the battery drain, please see this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
