I'm sure there are other people who have had this issue and asked this question but Ill do it again. I have deleted and reconnect my fitbit Versa 3 times now because no matter how I connect other bluetooth devices I can't stay connected to my versa or continue to get my notifications. how do I fix this without deleting my device? deleting other bluetooth devices has not worked. no matter what, if I have had my Versa connected at the same time as my car it cant get or stay connected for more than 12 hours.

Hi @AmandaPotato, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating can be for you to delete and reconnect your device several times. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible with our products and services because a compatibility concern can cause connection difficulties with your phone's Bluetooth. Keep in mind that connecting more Bluetooth devices with your mobile device at the same time can cause interference with the connection that was established with your Versa.
Keep me posted.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, what I've been doing is keeping the Fitbit app open to keep getting the notifications I have a galaxy Note 9 and I believe the problem is in the background of the app.
