I was disappointed that I could not setup my Versa 2 on my phone. It's a few years old - older than Android 7. I was successful in setting up on an old Windows 10 laptop, which has Alexa installed and running. Everything works OK except I do not have an Alexa "button" on the Fitbit app. Any advice from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @BigToePgh, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you today.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I use Alexa on my Fitbit Versa 2? for more information and details about the Alexa feature. There, you'll find the steps to properly setup this specific feature on your device.
Don't hesitate to ask me any additional questions you may have.

I had already read the instructions. As I said before, it's all setup except Alexa, which is the main reason I bought it. On the Fitbit app, I click my profile, click Versa 2, no Amazon

Thanks for your reply @BigToePgh, my apologies for the delayed response.
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. So we can move forward with this, can you please try the below troubleshooting steps and let me know how it goes? This could be related with the Android version you're currently using, make sure that you're able to install the latest Fitbit app version, which in this case is 3.12.1 (Released on December 19th, 2019).
Keep me posted.

As stated originally, Windows 10 laptop, NOT Android
