Is anyone else experiencing difficulties in connecting their fitbit versa lite to their phones Bluetooth?
Tried restarting, rebooting, re connecting, pairs multiple times and the connection between my phone and fitbit won't work. (I have a Sony Xperia xa1) and yes apparently that is compatible according to the list on the fitbit website.
Any help? Please!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Sony Xperia XA1 mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I'm having the same issue and just purchased this model. I'm pretty computer savvy but cannot get this to work/sync. Main issue is with Bluetooth connectivity therefore the Fitbit app is consistently trying to locate my Versa Lite. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and unlinked/relinked the Versa. I've also restarted my phone many times and nothing has worked. I also find after searching Google, are many users are experiencing the same issues. Very very frustrating.
