Versa 2, visibility outside?

I currently have a Charge 2. Probably my main complaint is that's virtually impossible to read in the Arizona sunshine and not much better in the shade on a sunny (most of them) day. How does the Versa compare? Is it fairly readable?

I haven’t had any problems. I can read it on a bright sunny day.

Works great on a bright sunny day if set to auto. When I tested the dim setting under the same sunny condition, it's not good.

I have used several clock faces - all easily visible outside.  In the Settings app on the Versa, I have my brightness set to Auto - do you?

Thanks for the info.  Have had mine sent to dim and was unable to see/read at all outside.

Have changed to auto and will see how it works tomorrow.

@Baysidefish  I have an Ionic, but I believe the Versa and Ionic clock faces by Fitbit are the same.  They have the same operating system.  I use the clock face named Gauges.  It is the clock face on the Ionic pictured in the Fitbit store.  My brightness is set on Auto and I NEVER have trouble reading it.

I'm coming to the Versa from a Blaze and a Charge 2.  This screen blows them away in direct sunlight, easily readable!

I'm using the "auto" setting.  On the Blaze it was always too dim indoors on auto, not an issue with the Versa.

Based on the glowing reviews, I got one today. Didn't finish the setup in time to try it out during max brightness outside but pleasantly surprised with what I did see.

I have the Versa light, and am using the Lights clock face and am unable to read in sunshine...it’s cramping my style!

How. It certainly is not bright enough to be read in the New Zealand bright Sunshine. I have taken to wearing a second watch which looks ridiculous
