Bluetooth connection problems

My Versa will not connect to any of my headphone devices(I have 2 pairs of headphones) It was never a problem before a few days ago, it began to act funny. Screen says no devices found but im positive my headphones are on. no problems connecting to my phone tho? Tried shutting down my versa twice and my headphones and that didn't work. Can I connect them through the app instead? I don't arry my phone around the gym so I really need my versa Bluetooth to work

Hey @schiesa4, it is great to see new faces around! I appreciate you have tried to turn off and on your Versa. Let me tell you that our team is concerned about some inconveniences with third-party headphones and the connectivity with the Versa, so in this case, I will ask you to be patient while they are working on resolve it. 🙂
