My phone cannot connect to my versa 2 watch. My phone shows that is there and when I try to connect it will not work. I have been trying for 2 days to fix this. I ha e reset my phone, watch, deleted the device, repair them, then it loses it again and now I cannot connect it at all. Getting very upset with Fitbit lately!! Anyone else? I have a galaxy note 10+

Hello @MPacheco2010 what is not happening. Does your tracker sync?
Notifications work?
What is it that your trying to do?
Is the tracker still comb exceed to your Fitbit account?
Do you get any error messages?
,You say you removed the tracker from your phones Bluetooth account, and repaired. A user can not do this.
