Email notifications won't clear

On my Fitbit Charge 2, when I hit "clear" it literally cleared them from the watch.  That's not the case with my new Versa.  Hitting "Clear" only takes me back to my watch face, but if I swipe for notifications, the same emails are still there.  I've tried opening each one and clearing it and they still don't go away.  It's only certain one, not all emails either.  Texts clear and other notifications as well.

Hi @msehein , restart your Versa  by pressing and holding the right lower button and the left button together untill you see the Fitbit logo. After that you notifications should be cleared. Erik
