Bluetooth dropping between fitbit and phone

I have a versa 2, only bought a few weeks ago. My phone is also new- Samsung s20fe. The Bluetooth connection between them keeps dropping out after only a few minutes- I only get 2-3 songs on Spotify before having to manually reconnect. The majority of time the fitbit doesn't pick up the phone to re-pair with. Help please.

Hi @Rachy123  - this can be due to the phone dtoppi the Fitbit App or Bluetooth to save battery, battery saving will need to be turned off for at least these two.

 

Logout and login, then go to home screen without closing the Fitbit App brings a sync popup. Click on it and it should pair and link again.
