I noticed a ton of synch failures through out the day,. When I would look at the iphone it would say not connected, I could force it and it would look good, and then suddenly that stopped. I did all the main things.
Rebooted phone
rebooted watch
turned blue tooth on and off
removed device. (that was a mistake) and tried to readd
Several hours later its back on by giving the same error again. I keep this thing clean and nice so I am not sure why this happened.

Hi, I assume you updated you phone to iOS13. Fitbit is aware of these problems after the update and working on a solution for it. Go to Customer Support , click the link and on top of the screen you will see the notification that Fitbit knows about these problems. On the right side you see the "Learn More" link, click that and see if this temporay solution is working for you. Regards kuzibri

Sorry this isn't the issue. The device is no longer seen by my iPhone. since my first post it has stopped connecting fully and not longer reconnects or syncs in anyway. all functions work. no Bluetooth. The iPhone is fine. I can connect any Bluetooth device including my friends old versa. Mine just decided after one year of use to no longer function correctly. Very disappointing.
