At first I had no problems connecting my power beats 3 to my Versa and being able to hear my Pandora stations via watch, but now there is no sound. Headphones are connected and watch shows that music is playing, but absolutely no sound. Headphones work just fine connected to other devices. Any suggestions?

Try restarting the watch several times and see if that makes a difference. Check you have the volume high enough on the watch and the headphones.

If you are having issues with the connection between your watch and headphones, I recommend deleting the connection of your headphones with your Versa and try to perform a restart on your watch by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Once you have done this, try to pair your headphones again. A recommendation is to maintain the Bluetooth receiver of the headphones, in the same are were are you wearing your Fitbit Versa.
