Hi folks, I have a Versa that I've had for almost two months. I've been having issues with it not syncing, claiming a "bluetooth error". In order to fix that, I've restarted the thing countless times, restarted my phone, unpaired, repaired, etc. to no avail. I finally decided to try a factory reset. Well, now I can't pair the Versa to my phone. Tried again to reset bluetooth on my phone, restart, etc. with no luck. I'm about to just try to return the blasted thing but I doubt Fitbit would accept it. Help!

I was having the same problem today. this finally worked. On your phone fitbit app select trash can symbol and delete device. Then select add new device. You will get a new pin number when your watch tries to connect to bluetooth. You will not loose info that was already synced to your account but will loose info since last sync. Hope this makes sense. It might not work but is worth trying and does not take too long to do. if it works remember to check your settings like keep synced and dominant hand etc.
P.S. It would be smart to double check your phone bluetooth by connecting any other bluetooth device to make sure all is good with the phone first.

Hi who44, thanks for your reply. There are no issues with my phone; Bluetooth works fine with my car and two separate speakers. I did remove the device (unpair it from my phone) as you suggested, and it didn't work, so I thought I would do that, then factory reset, and then re-pair with a new pin. Unfortunately now I'm stuck with that same Bluetooth error when I try to set up my Versa as a new device ☹️

I have also used an old phone with no sim card but with wi-fi and set up my versa to make sure it was not a versa fault and was in fact a phone bluetooth issue. If you have an old phone laying around that would be another thing to try. Sorry I can't be of more help. I'm an android guy and do not know anything regarding Iphone problems. dave
