My versa randomly stopped syncing. I have done all the steps like turning off bluetooth, restarting my Fitbit, etc. I have now removed the versa from the Fitbit app but now I cant add the device. It keeps saying that it's not working because it cant find the Fitbit. I have plenty of charge as well as it being on the charger. How else can I fix this?

I am having the same problem and I have tried all the recommended steps and finally removed my Versa but now it does not appear on the available bluetooth devices so I can not add it back and connect. Please help this is really frustrating. The watch had been working fine for at least 7 months and I use it to monitor my blood sugar readings!

This is exactly what is happening to me as well. Happened after the new firmware update came out though my phone was never able to connect once the updates were done on our devices. So frustrating. I keep getting the run-around telling me that they have sent emails telling me what to do and no emails appear. Clearly they are not very interested in keeping customers.
