My versa, which I have had no issues with until now has suddenly stopped connecting with my Bluetooth on my phone. I've turned it off and on which didn't help. The versa is a paired device but my phone when it tries to connect says it wasn't found/visible. Help?!?

You are not alone, my friend. Many people have been dealing with the same issue. None of the suggestions have worked for me. I eventually did a factory reset on my Versa and deleted the app from my phone. Unpaired everything, redownlaoded everything, and now my Versa wont even setup. It's essentially worthless, as it's stuck in a loop "download app to start" and then the app says "found Versa", but does not connect. Repeatedly says Bluetooth issues and recommends restarting my phone's bluetooth and restarting the watch, neither of which are resolving the issue.

Try to reset your Bluetooth of your phone by going to these settings:
(By doing this, all the Bluetooth devices will be removed but this is a troubleshooting that works )
- Phone settings
- Apps
- Tap on the three dot icon located at the top right hand corner
- Select Show System Apps
- Then scroll down and you will find the Bluetooth option
-Force Stop the app
- Select Storage
- Tap on Clear Data
And then try to run the setup process from scratch by opening the application.
Syncing issues might persist due to the Samsung Galaxy 9 is not yet compatible
