Versa not receiving text notifications

I got the update for my Versa, but every since I updated it, I can't receive text notifications. I've unpaired the device, I've restarted the device and I've manually enabled my notifications. I receive notifications for my phone calls, I can decline calls, message back and call back, but nothing for my text.

I am having the same issue as well.  Android phone and Versa that worked fine with both messages and calls before the update.  Is there a fix?

Me too.  Text notifications were working before the update, but now only phone calls.  Followed all the steps (unpairing, turning off Bluetooth, restarting phone, re-pairing, etc....).  I figured it was an update issue because I can get phone call notifications & I message back on a phone call. So I didn't bother trying to reset the Versa. 

 

I have a Samsung S6.  The funny thing is when I tested it by having my husband call me (also Samsung), when I sent a message back after declining the call on the Versa, the text he received with my reply shows that HE sent the text (message bubble in thread shows up on his side of messages).  Although it shows up on my end as me sending the text.

mine was working but quit on texts, calls etc.  now I get nothing and I depend on it since I don't always have phone on me at home.  It's annoying.  My alta has also quit.  My son who's it tech can't get it working either.  I've taken it off and added back still not working.  I'm wondering what happened?  I'm not a genius on this but when my son couldn't do it I knew it's not us.  Fix it please!
