Apologies for the length of this post. I felt it was important to document everything I had tried.
I’ve been having trouble with my Versa dropping the Bluetooth connection just seconds after I would connect it. My watch face has a Bluetooth symbol, so I can see if it’s on or not. After spending the past weeks researching on here and trying many fixes, I happened upon something today and was wondering if others have the same problem.
I have the Fitbit app on my Dell Inspiron (for charging), my iPhone XsMax and my iPad Pro (not the new one). The Apples both run iOS 12.1.1. I thought maybe there was a conflict between the Versa and the two Apple products, so deleted the app off both, and cleared the Versa by holding down the left and bottom right buttons until the Fitbit logo appeared. The Bluetooth symbol once again appeared on my watch face. It stayed there until I reinstalled the Fitbit app onto the iPad. Then it disappeared. When I took the App off the iPad again, the Bluetooth symbol again came back.
Looks to me like there is a problem between the Fitbit app and iOS 12.1.1. Is Fitbit aware of this? Are they working towards a solution?

Hi, your problem seems to be that you have too many BT devices enabled to sync with your Versa. There should only be one device enabled to sync correctly with your Versa. So, either move your other devices way out of BT range or disable the BT on all the other devices. The other problem might be the Clock Face you are using that shows the BT icon. This must be a Third Party Clock Face. Some of these TPCF's are known to be, partially. incompatible with the new Firmware Version. Can you give me the name of your Clock Face?

I plead guilty to too many devices! Yes, watch face is not Fitbit. It’s “EV-Smartface-vNext” by Elevated Velocity. I love it because it has tons of info on it. Thanks so much for all your help today!!

Hi, looked op your Clock Face and this "might" cause your problems when you have the latest Firmware. If you want a BT icon on your display, I would suggest to look for another CF that has this option and see if that solves your problem. To be sure that your used CF is causing the problem, I would install the CF called "Minimal Style". This CF has on top day and date, in the middle digital time on on the bottom HR - Steps and Battery (from left to right). Pressing on the steps, let's you scroll through the other stats. Is highly customizable and has size of only 12 kB, which is very battery friendly. I use this CF already for a long time and my Versa lasts on one charge alsmost 6 days. On my display you only see: Day- Date, Time and steps. the rest (HR and battery) I removed by adjusting the colour schemes for each parameter. Hope this helps.
