I just unboxed a new Versa and have tried to connect it to my IPhone X for the last 1.5 hours and it is getting very annoying. I have gone through all the trouble shooting ideas. Restarted the watch, my phone ,checked for updates, turned bluetooth on and off, even tried my boyfriend IPhone 8 and it still wouldnt connect. I am out of ideas please help!

Have you made sure you're out of range of any other bluetooth device, including tablets, laptops, other phones and other Fitbits? In my experience bluetooth connections get confused very easily. None of my Fitbit will sync with my phone if my iPad is even on the same floor in the house, never mind the same room!

Are you receiving any error messages, and at what step does the setup fail?
Does the app even find the Versa?
