fitbit versa syncing issues

I just got a fitbit versa about 2 months ago and it just started having syncing issues. I tried everything, restarting my iphone, and fitbit versa, factory reset the versa once, but it will only manually sync when i tell it to. Do you have any suggestions on how to get the fitbit versa to all-day sync?

Hello @marlowe

On my iPhone, I go into my Fitbit app account (click the small credit card icon in the top right corner) and then click on your versa, go down and move the auto sync slide over till it turns green. 

Now your set for all day sync.

whenever i do that it says i need to sync the versa to my iphone which i already have done.

So when you slide it over to say it is in auto sync, that is when it says you need to sync it.
