Brand new Versa not recording sleep at all?

Hi there.  I set  my Versa up yesterday afternoon, but this morning discover it has not logged my sleep at all.  Why would that be?  Is there a setting somewhere?   Thanks.

Has it appeared yet? I'm wondering if it was just missing until you did a sync in the morning.

My versa does not recognize any sleep either. Ive even bought two different ones and same issue. It’s not just that it doesn’t recognize stages but it does not even recgnize i’ve gone to bed.
