I can’t believe my last Fitbit broke 2 weeks ago so contacted support and they was very good and sent me a brand new versa within 5 day’s very happy with the service! Yesterday received my brand new versa thought great be back with my watch today but nope how wrong was I have been trying for over 24 hours now to install my update on it without it I cannot use my Fitbit and it’s useless I’m so sad 😞
You need to go back to Support and have them help you. What phone are you using?
