Hi i just opened the box and followed the steps. 

I have a samsung s7 edge and i can not get my new versa fitbit to work i have followed everything but it seems to disconnect from phone amd the update always fails why is this.

I have restarted my phone and fitbit and still saying update fail.

What am i doing wrong

Hi, try this:

1. Deinstall Fitbit app from your phone

2. Restart your phone

3. Reinstall Fitbit app

4. Turn on BT

5. Try again.

Thank you it took 2 days only had it on for about 6 hts and already down to 95%
