Hello, the bright green light has been on for 2 days now and it will not go off or blink. It's not tracking my heart rate and my battery is draining fast. I dis the community chat with a representative from fitbit and I did not find that helpful at all. I have done all that they suggested and nothing has helped.

Was one of the things they suggested a restart of the fitbit? This does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. The instructions are at: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
