The screen broke with a screen protector on it so I feel as if the glass is too fragile to be worn as a watch. I am looking for something else do, so I don't have to buy a whole new one.

Hi, what happens when you take the protector off? Does you screen work than normally if not? When not, there are two possibilities:
1. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower button together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. If that does not work for you:

The screen is fine, it is just cracked. It doesn't seem to sync right either

Is your screen still usable? Seems to me it's not and now your stating that it's also not syncing right, I would advice you to see point 2 of my earlier post.

Yes I already talked to them, absolutely nothing they can do, so they say.
