Since november I made the switch from Oneplus 3T to Oneplus 6T. And than the problems began.
My versa doesn't recieve anykind of notification, I allready checked the forum and did everything but nothings seems to help.
And when I'm trying to connect my wifi to the device it will allways give a troubleshooting message.
Allready reconnected the versa with my phone but nothing helps...
With the 3T I didn't had a single problem and I loved my versa. But with this happening I'm thinking about changing brand.
If somebody could help my?

Hi, offically the 6T is not in the list of supported devices, but the 6 is. So that should not be a great problem. Regarding WiFi:
1. Since the Versa does not have WiFi on it's own, it will need your phone's/PC's Wifi to connect.
2. This means: put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC.
3. Go to the Fitbit app on your phone (of course WiFi is enabled).
4. Go to the WiFi settings within Fitbit app and press that.
5. You should see now the name of your network. If yes and you already have entered the password of your router, there should be a white icon right next to your network's name.
6. Press the white icon and Fitbit will start making the connection to your network. Once established, the white icon turn to blue and says connected.
7. Now your Versa is also connected to your WiFi network, but only when it stays in the charger and connected to PC. Once you disconnect your Versa from PC. it will loose the connection alsmost immediately.
8. When, as mentioned in point 5, there is no network visible, press add network and type the name of your network/router and password manually and save it. Now you should see the white icon and go to point 6, etc.
9. When all of the above do not work, reboot your router, wait a few minutes and repeat the above steps.
Regarding notifications: first things first. Let's see if we can get the WiFi up and running. Good luck.

@SunsetRunner"1. Since the Versa does not have WiFi on it's own, it will need your phone's/PC's Wifi to connect." ???? Of course it has it's own wifi chip -- maybe you mean something else than what you write. That's why it has it's own IP adress.

Hi, I know that the Versa has it's own IP chip, but it only will be stay connected to WiFi when it's in the charger and connected to PC. Just to be sure that I do not post nonsense, I tried it myself: went to Fitbit app on my phone, WiFi settings and connected to my network without the Versa being in the Charger and of course it connected, showing the IP address of my network in my Versa. But, at the moment my phone switched itself off after two minutes of inactivity, the Versa lost directly the WiFi connection, that's why the Versa needs to be in the charger and connected to PC or phone. One of these two need to keep their display on all the time you want to connect the Versa to yournetwork WiFi. Disconnect one of these two, and the Versa will loose the connection almost immediately. Cause the PC is always on, that's why the Versa needs to be in the charger and connected to PC. I even tried to put the Versa in the charger and connect it to PC whilst having WiFi enabled on my phone. After the phone swithed off after inactivity after two minues, which is my standard, the Versa's Wifi also switched off, meaning that the phone's display needs to stay on all the time (this also accounted for my tablet). Please check this on your own Versa.
