Broken Versa 2

My Versa 2 stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I have went though there the steps to get a call back from Fitbit was #11 in line that was a about 10 days ago. I have email them! Got a email back saying, they're available for emails at this time. Totally understand that the world is crazy right now but **ahem** tried of the run around, mainly because this isn't my first fitbit to crash on me! Love them when they work but in 6 years of having Fitbit's the last 6 months to a year. I've had bands break and lost them to the screen  break to supposedly being water proof and its not. This time the screen went all crazy and kept vibrating and logo goes on and off until the screen turned white. Hopefully i can find another way together ahold of them to just replace it! Grrrr. Thank you.

The more you email them, the lower you are in the queue for them to respond, so once is enough. If you're in line, stay in line. I've waited a long as three hours for Costco or Walmart, but while I'm on hold, I just do things around the house.
