Every time I try to edit an exercise in my Fitbit mobile app it shuts down the app completely and I get a fatal error message. I've tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing has helped. Is this a known bug? Do you intend to fix any time soon? It's really frustrating! Details below:

Issue: Fitbit mobile app crashes when clicking pencil edit icon to edit exercise.

Error message: Fitbit has stopped

Mobile app version: 2.71

Android OS version: 8.1.0

I had a look in the Supported Devices List but cant see your phone listed there. That may well be the cause of your problems. I am also on Android and mine doesnt crash when I edit. You could contact Support and ask them if they have any ideas (link in my signature )
