Am achiziționat ieri un fitbit versa nou la cutie,iar azi după ce am descărcat aplicația fitbit nu mă pot conecta la el,nu se configurează,îmi spune că nu se poate conecta și dispozitivul este blocat. Ce trebuie făcut?

Hi @bobycris1979 - this is an English forum.

  • Put on the charger for 30 minutes
  • On the phone make sure Bluetooth and location are on
  • In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device"

If this fails

  • restart the phone and
  • restart the watch, press the button for 10 seconds and wait for it to vibrate and to restart.
  • try again
  •
