Button unresponsive AGAIN

Bought my Versa 3  only 14 months ago and this is the second one that has had button issues.  The first one lasted only 1 month before the button failed.  Now it has happened again.  ARRGGGG.  The first time Fitbit made things right by sending me another one right away under the warranty.  What to do now?  I have tried the factory reset and yet nothing seems to work.  Anyone else having button issues?  Has anyone been able to solve the issue.  It is too bad because I like what the Versa 3 can do.

Do you realize that the button does not move in and out, rather it is a touch-sensitive button?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
